What to expect
Everything that arrives is read by a person. There is no ticketing system, no chatbot, and no automated reply that says your message is important to us.
We would rather answer properly than quickly, so a question that needs a real answer sometimes takes a day or two. If something is time-sensitive, say so in the subject line.
What we cannot help with
Being straight about this saves everyone an email.
- We cannot promise a job, a placement rate or a salary. Those claims do not appear on this site because they cannot be evidenced, and asking will get the same answer.
- We cannot send a syllabus for a track that has not been written. Four of the six are still in progress, and their pages say so. Registering interest is how you hear when one is ready.
- We cannot sign you in to the student area yet. It is not open. The sign-in page explains where that stands.
Before you write
Please do not send anything sensitive by email: no identity documents, no financial details, no passwords. Nothing we do needs them, and we will never ask for them.
