What we collect

One form on this site collects personal information: the registration form at /register/. Nothing else on the site asks you for anything, and there is no account to create.

These are the fields, and the reason each one exists:

Name
So we know who we are writing to.
Email
Where the syllabus is sent, and how we reply.
Phone (optional)
Only used to arrange the call, and only if you provide it. Leaving it blank changes nothing except that we write instead of calling.
Track
Which syllabus to send.
Background (optional)
Free text you choose to write. It makes the call more useful. Please do not put anything sensitive in it.

Server logs

Our web host keeps standard access logs, as every web host does. These record things like the address of the request, the page asked for, and the browser making the request. They are used to keep the site running and to investigate faults or abuse. We do not use them to build a profile of anyone, and they are not connected to registration details.

Why we collect it

To send you the syllabus for the track you asked about, and to arrange a short call about whether it is the right one. That is the whole purpose. If you register interest in a track whose syllabus is still being written, we also use your email to tell you when it is published.

We do not use your details for advertising, we do not build profiles, and we do not run automated decision-making of any kind on them.

Where it goes

When you submit the form, it is sent to a handler on this same domain, which emails it to admissions@leecoi.com. It does not pass through a third-party form service, so your details are not copied into anyone else's system on the way.

If that email fails to send, the submission is written to a file on the server instead, so that your registration is not silently lost. That file is stored outside the public area of the site, is not reachable from the web, and is readable only by the hosting account. It is cleared once the entries in it have been dealt with.

Two companies are unavoidably involved: our web host, which runs the server and delivers the mail, and our email provider, which stores the resulting message in the inbox. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else.

What this site does not do

This is a factual list, not a promise about intentions. It describes how the site is built, and it is checked automatically before every release.

  • No cookies. The site sets none at all, so there is no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
  • No analytics. No Google Analytics, no tag manager, no privacy-friendly alternative either. We do not measure your visit.
  • No tracking pixels, no advertising tags, and no social media trackers.
  • No third-party fonts. The typefaces are served from this domain, so rendering this page tells no font provider that you visited.
  • No embeds. No hosted video players, maps or widgets that would load code from elsewhere.
  • No local storage. Nothing is saved in your browser between visits.

The practical effect is that loading any page here contacts one server: ours.

How long we keep it

We keep your registration details while we are in contact with you about a track, and for as long as you are on the list to hear when an unpublished syllabus is ready. When you ask us to delete them, we delete them.

If you register and we never hear from each other again, we remove the details rather than keeping them indefinitely.

Your choices

Email admissions@leecoi.com and we will act on any of these. There is no account to sign into and no form to fill in.

  • Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy of it
  • Ask us to correct something that is wrong
  • Ask us to delete everything
  • Ask us to stop emailing you, without deleting the rest

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local data protection law. Asking us is the same process either way.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. The registration handler only accepts submissions sent from this site, rejects anything sent from another origin, and strips characters that could be used to tamper with the email it generates. The fallback file described above sits outside the public directory and is permissioned to the hosting account only.

No system is beyond reach. If you believe something here is insecure, please tell us at admissions@leecoi.com and we will look at it.

Age

This training is intended for adults deciding on a career move. The site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect details from them. If a child has registered, email us and we will remove the record.

A few links here go elsewhere, such as our Instagram account. Following one takes you to a site with its own privacy practices, which we do not control. Nothing is loaded from those sites until you choose to visit them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. There is no archive of previous versions; if a change matters to you, the current text is the one that applies.
